SESLHD is seeking an Aboriginal Health Worker to provide cultural support and care coordination for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients within Child & Family Health services at Menai NSW. The role focuses on health promotion, advocacy, and enhancing care outcomes.

Permanent full time position with 38 hours per week, salary range AUD 67,612 to AUD 97,730 per annum plus superannuation. Aboriginal Identified role requiring documentation of Aboriginality in recruitment process.
