You'll manage your own portfolio of commercial & residential mortgage files end-to-end, with genuine autonomy and the support of best-in-class systems. MSA National is "A Place to Grow".

Your Key Responsibilities

- Review new instructions and supporting documentation;
- Prepare Letters of Offer and Loan Documentation;
- Check mortgage documentation for accuracy prior to issuance;
- Review and check executed mortgage documentation




- Conduct online searches
- Liaise with Mortgage Brokers, Borrowers, Solicitors, and major Australian banks
- Manage disbursements and certify files
- Oversee both attended and PEXA settlements
- General file management and administration duties

Who We're Looking For

You'll hit the ground running if your background includes any of the following:

- Mortgage settlements — the documentation, the process, the pace & PEXA
- Hands-on work at either a bank or mortgage broker firm — you've been across end-to-end doc prep and settlements, not just admin support
- High-volume conveyancing — you understand property transactions at scale and can apply that process knowledge directly
- Empathetic Client Service — you understand the pressures brokers and borrowers face, and you bring patience and genuine care to every interaction

To Succeed, You Will Need

- Minimum 12 months' experience in end-to-end Mortgage Support or Conveyancing in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strict SLAs
- Confidence navigating digital platforms and workflow systems — you adapt quickly!
- Exceptional English communication skills and a collaborative, qualified attitude
- Strong organisational and time management skills with a consistent record of meeting deadlines
- Sharp attention to detail
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- A calm, methodical approach under pressure
- A desire to work in office full-time with your team
