This role offers clear progression opportunities into a full Service Manager role as the dealership network continues to expand. You'll take ownership of the customer experience, mentor our front-line service team, and help shape the future of our service department in a fast-paced, high-volume workplace servicing top-tier brands like Nissan and GWM.

Key responsibilities

Lead by example as a Senior Advisor and front-line Manager

Coach and develop a team of Service Advisors to hit performance targets

Deliver exceptional service experiences that keep customers coming back

Drive results by exceeding internal KPIs and manufacturer benchmarks

Communicate with clarity and confidence, even under pressure

Maintain exceptional time management, organisation, and conflict resolution skills
