Mounties Care is seeking a dedicated Client Intake Consultant to join our Mount Pritchard office on a full time basis. You will be the first point of contact for people enquiring about our home care services, meeting clients in homes, offices or events, assessing needs and guiding them through My Aged Care.

You’ll build relationships with hospitals, GPs and community referrers, maintain thorough CRM records, and report on enquiries and conversions while ensuring privacy and quality obligations
