Previous real estate experience is not essential, but you must have:

- Fluency in both English and Hindi
- Completed the Assistant Agent Course
- A current NSW Fair Trading Certificate of Registration
- Be based in Sydney’s Western Suburbs
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
