They’re looking for an experienced Family Lawyer to take ownership of their family law work and manage it from first instructions through to final resolution.

The role

- Manage a family law caseload end to end, including parenting matters, property settlements, divorce and financial agreements
- Work autonomously, with the trust and space to run your own files
- Appear in the Federal Circuit and Family Court as required
- Build strong relationships with clients, who are mainly local families and individuals
- Work with a capable, supportive team, with good support staff behind you

About you

- Admitted lawyer with solid post-admission family law experience, with the confidence to run matters independently from start to finish
- Strong client skills, with a practical, empathetic and commercial approach
- Sound knowledge of family law practice and procedure in NSW
- Organised and self-directed, with the judgement to know when to elevate
- Ideally based in or near Campbelltown and the Macarthur region, or willing to commute
