For Purpose Aged Care is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator for our recent Wallan Community Aged Care home. You will provide daily clinical leadership to RN/EN/PCA teams, working with Clinical Managers to implement quality care systems and ensure exceptional resident experiences.

We value hands-on leadership, compassionate culture, and strong oversight of clinical planning, staffing, and commissioning activities as we establish for this new site.
