The Job Shop in Darwin is seeking a casual Wellbeing & Support Representative to assist PALM Scheme workers in the Darwin region. The role requires 5–20 hours per week with additional hours during peak harvest.
You will help with onboarding, welfare, transportation, and ongoing support for workers, including pastoral care and access to services. The successful candidate will be proactive, have robust interpersonal skills, and be able to visit workers in their accommodations or workplaces.
