We’re recruiting experienced Dump Truck, Dozer, Excavator and Multi-Skilled Operators to join high-performing crews at a major open-cut coal mine near Clermont in Queensland’s Bowen Basin.

Dump Truck Operators: CAT 789 and CAT 777

Dozer Operators: CAT D10 and CAT D11

Excavator Operators: Hitachi EX3600 and Liebherr R9400

Multi-Skilled Operators: CAT 777D/F Water Carts, CAT 16H and 18 Graders,



CAT D10/D11 Dozers and CAT 789 Dump Trucks

Camp Accommodation & Transport Provided

Make your next move easier with practical site travel and accommodation arrangements.

Quality Camp Accommodation: Private ensuite rooms with a TV, fridge and desk, plus shared cooking, lounge and laundry facilities.

Daily Coach Transport: Drive-In, Drive-Out (DIDO) arrangements with coach transport provided between camp and site.

What You’ll Need

We’re looking for experienced, safety-conscious operators who can contribute to a productive, qualified and safety-focused team.

Dozer Operators: Demonstrated experience operating CAT D10 and D11 dozers.

Excavator Operators: Demonstrated experience operating Hitachi EX3600 and/or Liebherr R9400 excavators.

Multi-Skilled Operators: Proven operating experience across graders, dump trucks and water carts.

Dump Truck Operators: Demonstrated experience on large production trucks, ideally CAT 789 and/or CAT 777.

Mandatory Requirements

Current Standard 11 induction.

Current Coal Board Medical.

Valid Queensland C-class driver's licence or equivalent.

Relevant RII statements of attainment or a signed-off site skills matrix for the equipment you operate.

Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug and alcohol assessment.

A strong commitment to safety, operational performance and working effectively within a team.
