Hunter Water is seeking an experienced FSM Change & Adoption Lead to drive a major transformation, embed change, and maximise the perks of a Field Service Management system across its operations.
Reporting to the FSM Manager, you will partner with operational leaders and frontline teams to develop practical communication, training and engagement strategies, translate complex information into actionable guidance, and monitor readiness and adoption to deliver lasting improvements.
