# Sales Team Leader – Call Centre **Heat Pump Services | Victoria & NSW** **Build a team. Drive sales. Make an impact.** Heat Pump Services is growing, and we're looking for an experienced, motivated Sales Team Leader to build, lead and develop a high-performing call centre sales team.

We specialise in helping Australian households transition to energy-efficient hot water solutions through quality heat pump systems. With increasing demand across Victoria and NSW, we're expanding our sales operation and looking for someone who knows how to turn sales opportunities into results.

The Role

You'll be responsible for recruiting, building and managing a team of outbound sales agents who engage with customers across Victoria and NSW, generating and converting heat pump sales opportunities over the phone. You'll be hands-on with the team, setting expectations, coaching agents and ensuring daily, weekly and monthly sales targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit, onboard and build a team of high-performing sales agents.
- Lead, motivate and manage a call centre sales team.
- Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales KPIs and targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance, conversion rates and call activity.
- Coach agents on sales techniques, objection handling and closing.
- Conduct regular call reviews, feedback sessions and team training.
- Create a positive, accountable and performance-driven sales culture.
- Manage sales pipelines and ensure customer follow-ups are completed.




- Work closely with management to identify opportunities to improve sales performance.
- Ensure all sales activity meets company standards and compliance requirements.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience leading or supervising a call centre sales team.
- Proven ability to recruit, build and develop sales teams.
- Robust sales leadership and coaching skills.
- A track record of achieving and exceeding sales KPIs.
- Confident managing performance and holding people accountable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A hands-on attitude and the ability to lead from the front.
- Experience in energy, utilities, solar, batteries, home improvements or telecommunications is advantageous.
