You will lead a large, high-volume team, drive sales targets, and elevate the in-store customer experience with a hands-on leadership style. In this full-time role you’ll recruit, roster, coach and empower your team while partnering with VM and regional leaders to deliver brand-aligned performance and growth. The role requires a passion for luxury retail and clienteling.
