Norwest Christian College in Sydney seeks an Assistant Head of Secondary Years to provide operational and pastoral leadership across Years 7–12, with a focus on the transition into secondary and solid foundations in Stage 4.

Working with the Head of Secondary Years & MURU, you will support Year Advisors, Secondary Mentors, staff, students and families to strengthen wellbeing, behaviour, belonging and learning.
