Allianz Technology in North Sydney seeks an experienced Tribe Agile Coach to lead Agile transformation across the organization. You will coach teams and leaders, operationalise the Agile Blueprint, and implement lean, DevOps-oriented practices to enhance speed, quality and learning. Hybrid work with North Sydney office attendance is expected.

Formal coaching certifications are required; Secure is advantageous. Previous financial services exposure and enterprise-scale experience are highly regarded.
