Icon Oncology Group’s Slade Pharmacy Richmond, located within Epworth Hospital, seeks a Clinical Pharmacist (Grade 2) to join a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, evidence-based care across clinical specialties.

You will conduct clinical reviews, provide medication counselling, and support therapeutic decision-making while expanding hands-on experience in general medicine, cardiology, oncology, emergency, ICU, and surgical areas.
