Inspired Education Group is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to deliver proactive HR support across Reddam House Schools and Early Learning Schools in Sydney. You will advise leaders, manage employee relations, support recruitment and workforce initiatives, and ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.

The role includes payroll support during peak periods and acts as a liaison between HR Coordinators and the Senior HR Manager, contributing to HR projects and outcomes.
