Randstad is seeking a skilled Research Contracts Officer in Melbourne to manage a pipeline of strategic research and commercial funding agreements. You will draft, review and negotiate from scratch or templates, focusing on IP, warranties, indemnities and liability concepts while balancing academic publication needs and commercial sensitivity.

The role requires robust negotiation, attention to detail and understanding of Australian grant schemes (ARC, NHMRC, CRCs).
