The Guildford Hotel part of Australian Venue Co. is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to join the team. You will support the Head Chef, lead a busy kitchen, and take ownership of day-to-day operations to keep service running smoothly.

We’re looking for a solid kitchen operator who can manage food costs, supervise staff across a high-volume setting, and develop team members while maintaining high standards. This role offers opportunities for progression within our supportive hospitality group.
