Barwon Health is seeking an experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to lead the Oncology Ward. The role involves clinical leadership, coordinating daily ward operations, and delivering person-centred cancer care in collaboration with the Nurse Unit Manager and multidisciplinary team.

This temporary part time position provides leadership across the team, supports staffing and patient flow, and fosters a positive environment for patients, families and staff.
