We currently have afull-time opportunity for a passionate individual to join our team as a Trainee Training Advisor in our Deception Bayoffice on a 12 month contract.

The Role - A Day in the Life of a Trainee Training Advisor.

As a Trainee Training Advisor, you will undertake a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment while gaining valuable hands-on experience delivering training and supporting students in a vocational education environment.

Working alongside experienced trainers and assessors, you will develop the knowledge, skills and practical experience required to become a competent accredited Training Advisor. You'll progressively build your capability in training delivery, assessment, learner engagement and compliance, while contributing to positive outcomes for students and the communities we serve.

Your Key Responsibilities will include;

- Undertaking and successfully completing a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment while gaining practical on the job experience
- Assisting with the preparation and delivery of engaging, learner focused training programs and activities.
- Supporting student enrolment, induction, progression and completion activities.
- Develop training resources,



learning materials and assessment tools under supervision.
- Maintaining accurate student records and supporting compliance with RTO and organisational requirements

Criteria for Success

- Must hold a Certificate III in Individual Support
- 2 years experience in community services sector (such as aged care)
- Ability to commit to completing a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
- A passion for learning and developing a career in training and assessment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to coach, support and engage learners from diverse backgrounds.
- A current QLD Blue Card
- Willingness to obtain a police check
