Ringers Western is a high-growth Australian country and western brand with big global ambitions. We're looking for a driven, creative and commercially minded Social Media & Influencer Manager to help take our brand to the next level.

This is an opportunity for someone who knows social media inside and out, understands what makes great content and has the ability to turn ideas into brand growth.

The Role

You'll lead Ringers Western's social media strategy and execution as part of the broader marketing strategy, creating content and strategies that grow our audience, build brand awareness and drive engagement and sales.

You'll be responsible for:

- Leading and growing our social media presence across all platforms.

- Developing social first content and storytelling that builds desire for both the brand and our products, with a strong understanding of short form video.

- Driving audience growth, engagement and brand awareness across Australian and international markets.

- Staying ahead of platform behaviour, cultural shifts, emerging formats and technology with the judgement to know what's right for the Ringers Western brand.

- Working with influencers, ambassadors, sponsorships and brand partners to maximise reach.

- Owning social performance and reporting, using audience behaviour, engagement, traffic, conversion and revenue insights to understand what's working and continually improve the content strategy.

- Understanding the role social plays across the customer journey. From attracting new audiences and building brand and product desire through to driving action, conversion and retention.

- Working closely with creative, eCommerce, paid media, partnerships and the wider marketing team to ensure social supports broader brand and commercial objectives.

- Applying strong creative judgement understanding when an idea, trend or piece of content strengthens the brand and when it doesn't.

- Bringing fresh ideas and new approaches to keep Ringers Western ahead of the game.

About You





- Experienced in managing and growing social media channels for a consumer brand.

- Creative, with a strong understanding of content, storytelling and what gets people engaging.

- Commercially minded and focused on delivering measurable results.

- Commercially you want to understand what happens after someone engages with content, from click-through and product discovery through to conversion.

- Customer focused you think beyond what performs on a platform and understand why content resonates, what it makes the customer feel and what action it encourages.

- Brand conscious, with the ability to balance short term performance with building a distinctive, credible and consistent brand over the long term.

- Across the latest platforms, trends, technology and social media developments.

- Proactive, energetic and always looking for the next opportunity.

- Collaborative and adaptable, bring strong ideas and opinions, but you're equally comfortable receiving feedback, changing direction and working towards a shared outcome.

- Confident enough to challenge thinking constructively, while understanding when it's time to align behind a decision and move forward.

- Someone with strong judgement who values quality over simply creating content for content's sake.

- Someone who wants to make an impact, challenge the norm and help build something bigger.
