Based at our Head Office, this role influences enterprise-wide outcomes in a rapid-paced, multi-site environment. You will advise leaders, HR teams, and operations managers, negotiate Enterprise Agreements in unionised settings, and integrate acquisitions into the industrial framework while ensuring compliance with awards and policies.
