Ambulance Victoria seeks an Advisor Human Resources to deliver skilled HR services, including advice, support and analysis on policies, practices and legislation. The role covers coaching managers and employees on employment matters and performance, plus contributing HR input to projects and change initiatives.

The position is 0.45FTE, fixed term to Oct 2027, with hybrid/WFH options and an expectation to spend time at Blackburn North. AV4 classification under the Enterprise Agreement.
