Southern Cross Community Healthcare on Magnetic Island is seeking an Aged Care Support Worker to assist participants to live independently at home. You will help with domestic tasks, personal care, and documentation, with training and support from qualified health professionals.

Required: references, a current driver’s license with your own car and insurance, NDIS Clearance or willingness to obtain, First Aid, and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
