The Recruitment Company is seeking an AWS Senior Engineering Lead to own architecture, guide engineering teams and deliver outcomes across enterprise client programmes in Sydney.

You will shape solutions from architecture through delivery, mentor engineers, engage with senior stakeholders and drive cloud modernisation using Terraform, CDK, Python, Kubernetes and serverless tech. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with immediate impact.
