We are looking for confident, enthusiastic and outgoing Full-Time Retail StoreManager to join our BRISBANE store.

Your background in dance, passion for sales and a willingness to learn will help you to shine at Bloch.

Must have availability onboth weekdays and weekends.

You will have

- Previous retail management experience with an outstanding track record of sales skills and results
- Exceptional communication skills
- Solid customer service orientation, with genuine enthusiasm for the retail environment




- Effectively manage customer complaints and requests
- Effectively manage stock transfers, stock consolidation and stock discrepancies in relation to company policies and procedures
- Maintaining budgets and driving the store and staff to achieve targets and expectations
- Ability to manage conflicting staffing rosters appropriately
- High levels of positive energy, drive and motivation, with a desire to build the success of the brand
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with others
- Ability to take initiative, and be proactive with ideas to enhance brand awareness and sales.
