Working with a well-established fit-out contractor, you'll be responsible for overseeing site activities during a fast-paced programme, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Night Shift Site Supervisor - Retail Fit Out

Haymarket, Sydney | Contract | 5-6 Weeks | $70-$90ph + Super

Atom Resources is currently seeking a Night Shift Site Supervisor for an upcoming retail fit-out project in Sydney CBD.

Working with a well-established fit-out contractor, you'll be responsible for overseeing site activities during a fast-paced programme, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

The Project

- Retail fit-out project in Haymarket
- Night shift position
- Approx. 5-6 week programme
- 5-6 day working week
- Project value circa $150k-$200k
- Expected start date of 16th or 23rd November (subject to final project award)

Key Responsibilities

- Supervising day-to-day site activities
- Managing subcontractors and coordinating trades
- Overseeing key packages including electrical and plastering works
- Maintaining programme,



quality and safety standards
- Liaising with project management and key stakeholders
- Ensuring works are delivered on time and to specification

About You

- Previous experience supervising retail fit-out projects
- Comfortable running night shift works
- Strong subcontractor management skills
- Able to coordinate multiple trades in a live environment
- Valuable understanding of site safety and quality processes

The client isn't necessarily looking for the most senior supervisor on the market. They're more interested in someone who has retail fit-out experience, is comfortable managing night works, and can keep subcontractors moving to programme.
