Residential Aged Care Nurse - Full Time Join a compassionate, on-demand workforce supporting the wellbeing and dignity of older adults at a leading aged care facility in Westmead, NSW 2145. We are seeking an experienced Residential Aged Care Nurse with a robust clinical background, excellent communication, and a commitment to person-centred care.

What we expect Experience: 7+ years preferred, with 11+ years highly regarded in residential aged care settings.

Speciality: Proven experience in Residential Aged Care, including clinical assessment, wound care, medication management, and care planning. Licenses and Checks: Current full Australian drivers licence, police check,



and working with children check are required. Mobility: Access to a car and willingness to travel between facilities when needed.

Core responsibilities Deliver comprehensive clinical care and nursing assessments that align with individual care plans and regulatory standards. Supervise, mentor, and educate enrolled nurses and care staff to uphold quality and safety.

Coordinate multidisciplinary care, liaising with allied health professionals, families, and external providers. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, reportable incident management, and continuous quality improvement activities. Contribute to a positive workplace culture that promotes dignity, autonomy, and social inclusion for residents.
