The Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Learning Disability Nurse to join the Learning Disability Team in the West Kent service. The post holder will provide specialist nursing interventions to adults with a learning disability and manage a caseload under clinical supervision, while supervising junior staff and students. Based in the community, the role works closely with multi-disciplinary teams and families to deliver holistic care.
