Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District (NBMLHD) seeks an experienced Nurse Unit Manager Level 1 to lead the Triage and Assessment Centre (TAC) and Mental Health Intake and Referral Team (I&R;). You will oversee service delivery, ensure secure, compassionate, person-centred care, and coordinate patient flow across mental health services within NBMLHD.

The role requires RN Division 1 with AHPRA and post-registration mental health nursing experience.
