Camden Council is seeking a Team Leader – Engagement & Culture to guide the direction and delivery of programs that make staff feel heard, valued, and inspired. You’ll champion employee voice, craft internal campaigns, and celebrate milestones to reflect the council’s values.

You’ll lead initiatives via the Internal Communication and Engagement Strategy, manage the Employee Experience Survey, and coordinate events to unite staff around shared purpose.
