Loafers Artisan started in 2009 as a single stall at the Subiaco Farmers Market. Today we supply over 200 cafes, large hospitality venues, and mine sites across Western Australia - and we're still growing. We're investing heavily in our equipment, systems, and people to keep up with demand, which means a genuine need for skilled hands to join our production team.

What you'll be doing:

- Running double rack ovens and a Konig divider/rounder
- Supporting other areas of production as needed
- Clean-down and food safety compliance

What we're looking for:

- A baker with 3+ years across various baking roles
- Strong food safety knowledge and standards
- A professional, adaptable attitude - happy to bring your skills to our systems
- A team player with sharp attention to detail
- Flexibility to work morning or afternoon shifts, and weekends, as required (business operates 7 days a week)
