Mermaid Beach SLSC Supporters Club on the Gold Coast is seeking a Trainee Duty Manager / Supervisor to lead the floor, motivate the team, and deliver exceptional customer service in a busy, award-winning venue.

This hands-on role includes on-the-job training, RSA/RCG compliance, and a transparent pathway into management within a supportive club culture.

You'll work closely with experienced management to grow professionally while ensuring a premium guest experience on site.
