Merrimac Park Private Care, a 96-bed facility on the Gold Coast, seeks experienced Assistant Nurses (AIN/Carer) with Cert III/IV in Individual Support to join our caring team. Casual or permanent part‑time roles with flexible shifts are available, with ongoing development and a cooperative environment.

We offer regular staff appreciation events, cultural celebrations, themed days, and complimentary meals. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
