TIMBER OR STEEL FORKLIFT GUN? COMBI/SIDELOADER | UP TO $60PH

COMBI / SIDELOADER FORKLIFT OPERATOR | TIMBER OR STEEL | UP TO $60PH - IMMEDIATE START

If you’re going to leave a good job, make sure it’s for a great one.

Because genuinely experienced forklift operators have options.

And if you know timber or steel, can confidently operate a Combi-Lift or sideloader and understand what it takes to safely move long, heavy and awkward loads, this is one opportunity worth paying attention to.

We’re representing a highly regarded Sydney business offering something experienced operators don’t always find in the one role:

Up to $60 per hour. Day shift only. Monday to Friday. No weekends. And genuine long-term employment.

But here’s what really matters.

They’re not looking for someone to simply fill a seat on a forklift.

They want a seriously good operator they can rely on and, importantly, someone they can keep.

This is an established, down-to-earth business where experience is valued, people are trusted to do their jobs and good operators are treated accordingly.

THIS ISN’T YOUR AVERAGE FORKLIFT JOB

We’re not looking for someone whose experience stops at moving standard pallets around a warehouse.

You’ll be handling long-length timber or steel, so you need to understand your load, your machine and what’s happening around you.

You’ll be:

- Operating a Combi-Lift and/or sideloader
- Moving long, heavy and awkward materials
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Safely storing and positioning stock
- Working efficiently across the yard/warehouse
- Taking responsibility for safe equipment operation
- Working as part of a good team while being trusted to get on with your job

NOW, LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU

There’s a big difference between having a forklift licence and being a great forklift operator.

We’re looking for the latter.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

- A current forklift licence
- Strong experience within the timber OR steel industry
- Proven Combi-Lift and/or sideloader experience
- Confidence handling long-length and heavy materials
- Excellent spatial awareness and safety practices
- Reliability and a robust work ethic
- The ability to work independently
- Pride in doing the job properly
- A positive, down-to-earth attitude

And yes...

Attitude matters.

Because skill gets you through the door, but reliability, common sense and being someone, other people actually want on their team is what makes you worth keeping.

SO, WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

This is where the role really stacks up.

You’re joining a business that wants long-term people, with stable hours, a supportive working environment and management that appreciates experienced operators.

No night shift.
No weekend roster.
No, constantly changing hours.

You’ll know when you’re working, know what you’re earning and still have your weekends to yourself.

THE BOTTOM LINE?

You may already have a good job.

Great.

We’re not looking for someone desperate to move.

We’re looking for someone good enough to be selective about where they move next.

If you’ve built your experience around timber or steel, know your way around a Combi or sideloader and want to work for a company where you can genuinely see yourself staying, let’s talk.

Because good operators have options.

This is one worth looking at.

All enquiries and applications will be treated with absolute confidentiality.

All enquiries will be handled with absolute confidentiality, and I take that commitment very seriously.
