Indigenous Business Growth (IBG) is seeking a Senior Civil Estimator to join its national precontracts team. You will prepare first-principles estimates for major civil infrastructure projects across transport, water, renewable energy and defence sectors. Working on opportunities typically valued from $50M to $500M, you will develop pricing, methodologies and tender submissions, mentor junior estimators and engage with operational, technical and commercial stakeholders to drive competitive bids.
