HumanKapital is partnering with a leading refugee and migrant services organisation to appoint a Chief Finance and Technology Officer (CFTO). The role leads Finance, Technology, ICT, Procurement and governance functions, reporting to the CEO. The CFTO will drive budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management and long-term planning, delivering strategic financial advice, risk management and major contract oversight while guiding transformation and digital initiatives across the organisation.
