Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a senior ML/AI systems engineer to push the architecture of autonomous agents. You will design planning, memory structures and multi-agent coordination to move from research to production in a high-scale customer service platform. You will work with Python and PyTorch, evaluate through internal tests and build RL or domain-specialized models for productive inference, while shaping guardrails and deployment pipelines.
