Key Responsibilities
Preparation of accurate cost plans and estimates Tender pricing and submission management Review of drawings, specifications and project documentation Obtaining and analysing subcontractor pricing Identifying project risks and value engineering opportunities Working closely with delivery teams throughout pre-construction Requirements
Previous experience as a Senior Estimator Commercial fit-out and refurbishment experience Strong understanding of local subcontractor markets Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously Excellent commercial acumen and attention to detail Strong communication and stakeholder management skills What's On Offer
