Barwon Health is recruiting for an Environmental Services Operations Coordinator (Grade 3) at The McKellar Centre. You will lead and support our Floor Coordinators and Team Leaders to ensure cleaning, housekeeping and waste management meet the required aged care standards.

The role oversees daily staffing, rosters and operations, ensuring secure, compliant services across the facility in line with EBA requirements and budgeting constraints.
