Harbour City Family Practice is seeking a Medical Receptionist on a casual basis, with potential to transition to part-time or full time. Based in Gladstone, QLD, this frontline role supports appointment management, patient enquiries and administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.

You will greet patients, manage registrations, handle payments and work closely with clinical staff to prepare patients for consultations, while maintaining privacy and a welcoming environment.
