u&u; Recruitment Partners is seeking a hands-on Senior Finance Leader to drive commercial insights and uplift reporting through data analytics and process improvement. The role reports to the Group Executive, Finance & Risk, with day-to-day direction from the General Manager, Finance.
You will lead initiatives in product profitability, cost-to-serve modelling and ERP optimisation, while strengthening finance business partnering and delivering tangible improvements across budgeting, forecasting,
