Senior Estimator / Business Development Manager – Spray Sealing Cuzkell Pty Ltd | Brendale / Cooroy, QLD Salary: $180,000–$220,000 per annum, depending on experience Cuzkell Pty Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Estimator / Business Development Manager to play a key role in the continued growth of our bitumen spray sealing operations. This is a senior opportunity offering an attractive salary package for someone with extensive spray sealing industry experience, strong commercial knowledge and established industry relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, preparing competitive estimates and tenders, and developing long-term relationships with clients across the road construction and maintenance sectors. We're looking for someone who understands the industry inside and out, can confidently price and secure projects, and is ready to make a significant contribution to the business. Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop and secure recent business opportunities

Prepare accurate estimates, quotations and tender submissions

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and industry contacts

Review project specifications and assess labour, materials,



plant and equipment costs

Negotiate pricing and commercial terms

Work closely with management and operational crews to ensure projects are priced accurately and delivered profitably

Support long-term business growth and client retention

About You

Extensive experience in the bitumen spray sealing industry is essential. Significant experience in spray sealing estimating, tendering and/or business development

Strong technical understanding of spray sealing operations and project costs

Established relationships within the road construction and civil infrastructure industries

Proven ability to identify opportunities, prepare competitive tenders and secure work

Strong commercial judgement, negotiation and communication skills

Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes

Current driver's licence and willingness to travel as required
