We're looking for a confident kitchen leader who takes pride in delivering exceptional food, maintaining high standards and creating a positive, productive working environment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior kitchen leadership role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a kitchen team
- Experience in menu planning, development and maintaining consistent food quality
- Excellent kitchen management, stock control and cost management skills
- Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene and compliance requirements




- Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a busy kitchen
- A hands-on approach, positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
