Equipment Specialist - Assistive Technology/Mobility Equipment

We're partnering with an established healthcare and assistive technology supplier with a strong presence across the hospital and aged care sectors nationally.

With continued investment in the business, they're now looking to expand their presence within the community assistive technology market across Brisbane.

This is an chance for an experienced Assistive Technology Sales Representative or an Occupational Therapist looking to transition into sales to take ownership of a developing territory and play an important role in establishing the company's community division.

Importantly, this isn't simply a position managing an existing customer base.

The business is looking for someone they can build around, providing the resources, product support and autonomy to establish relationships, develop the market and grow the territory over the longer term.

The Prospect

Working across Brisbane and surrounding regions, you'll be responsible for developing relationships with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and other Allied Health professionals, supporting them with equipment recommendations, product demonstrations and trials.

Your responsibilities will include:

Establishing and developing relationships with OTs, Physios and community healthcare providers.

Identifying new business opportunities and building a strong referral network across Brisbane.

Conducting product demonstrations, equipment trials and training sessions with clinicians and end users.





Working closely with healthcare professionals to recommend appropriate equipment solutions.

Leveraging the company's existing presence and reputation within the healthcare market.

Taking ownership of your territory, managing your schedule and developing a long-term growth strategy.

Who We're Looking For

Ideally, you'll have experience selling assistive technology, rehabilitation equipment, mobility products or other healthcare solutions into the community channel.

We're looking for someone who:

Has experience within assistive technology, rehabilitation equipment or allied health.

Understands the community healthcare market and the importance of building relationships with clinicians.

Is comfortable developing new business and establishing relationships from the ground up.

Can work autonomously and take ownership of a developing territory.

Has strong communication skills and a genuine interest in improving client outcomes.

Holds a current Australian driver's licence and full working rights.
