We're looking for a relationship-focused Property Manager to join our Head Office team on a 12-month Fixed-Term Parental Leave Contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our growing national store network while working alongside Franchisees, landlords, developers, and internal stakeholders.
What you'll be doing:
Managing day-to-day property matters across our national store portfolio
Coordinating lease administration, compliance, rent reviews, and landlord relationships
Supporting recent store development, leasing, and store opening projects
Leading property workflows, systems, and reporting
Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
About you:
Experience in commercial, retail, or residential property,
or a property-related administration role
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Passionate about continuous improvement and delivering outcomes
