Snowy Hydro is seeking an experienced Governance Manager to lead, develop and oversee overarching governance frameworks, policies, and procedures across major infrastructure and energy projects. You will champion statutory, regulatory, and corporate compliance standards while empowering senior leadership with transparent reporting, risk assurance, and streamlined operational practices.

This role requires partnering with Workstream Leads, Legal, Finance, and Corporate Risk to embed governance
