The Salvation Army Townsville AOD Services is seeking a Senior Youth Case Manager to lead and support a dedicated team delivering life-changing AOD services to young people across Townsville and surrounding regions. Reporting to the AOD Client Services Lead, you will drive high-quality outcomes in Youth Residential and Youth Outreach programs.

You will mentor practitioners, ensure alignment with the Journey to Independence Model of Care and PIE framework, and build partnerships across youth,
