ALH Hotels' Mermaid Waters Hotel is seeking a Front Office Attendant to welcome guests with warmth, manage reception inquiries and support accommodation, dining and bookings. This role requires solid guest service, organization, and RSA certification, plus the ability to handle physical tasks and assist the team as needed.

You’ll join a friendly property team on the Gold Coast, delivering memorable experiences while handling admin tasks and ensuring smooth check-ins and guest communications
