Location: Perth Metro, WA

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates from project documentation.
- Develop construction methodologies, productivity rates, and resourcing assumptions.
- Secure and compare competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Identify tender risks, scope gaps, commercial opportunities, and qualifications.
- Present estimates to the Estimating Manager for review prior to closing deadlines.
- Conduct clean handover packs to operations teams on successful tenders.

What You'll Bring:

- Proven track record as an Estimator delivering civil construction tenders.
- Deep knowledge of civil methods, bulk earthworks, plant rates, and materials.
- High proficiency with civil estimating software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, financial awareness,



and risk management skills.
- Clear communication skills for building key supplier and subcontractor networks.
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction.

This hands-on role offers an outstanding platform for a detail-oriented Estimator to manage civil construction tenders across Perth. Working closely with the Estimating Manager and site teams, you will oversee allocated bids from initial document review and take-offs through to final pricing, review, and project handover.
